I’m fat and there is no easy or politically correct way to say that without looking like a hypocrite. Let me tell you something about being fat, it sucks ass.  I am not talking about being ten or twenty pounds heavier than the suggested norm, because that is not fat unless you are three foot six.  When you climb on your talking scale and it screams, “Get the fuck off of me!” then you should worry about being fat.  Until you are at that point don’t bitch about being fat.

They say admitting your problem is the first step to fixing it, well here I am admitting I am a fat.  I’ve been admitting it for a long time, and that hasn’t done a damn thing towards really solving the problem.  I have tried diets and exercise both with little success and have very little idea where I am going to go now.  My arthritis is killing me and my knees are shot.  It isn’t what I eat since I have given up ninety-nine percent of the processed foods at home, rarely eat out, and seldom consume more than 1800 calories a day.

I am taking suggestions between now and spring when I hope to have my knee surgery that will put me back on the path to doing something.

It is now 2010 and no matter how you choose to say it, you are going to be in for a surprise the first time you are forced to argue with your coworkers on the proper pronunciation.  Is there a proper pronunciation?  Of course there is the one I use, twenty-ten.  It is my house, I make the rules, get over it.  At work it is probably best to figure out what the boss prefers.  Even if you don’t like them and think at best they have the IQ of gnat, you should realize the economy still sucks and a little job saving humility goes a long way towards making your non work life a lot better.

There are times when it is more than appropriate to stand up for yourself at work or anywhere else in society.  Trying to figure out what those times are you really must ask yourself do you like your paycheck more than you want to tell your boss to “go fuck themselves.”  If you do tell the boss to “Go Fuck Themselves” and you continue to get a paycheck then they aren’t a very good boss.  This story does have a point you are in my house, I am the boss, and I make the rules.  The rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice and do not require me to worry about your feelings.  I may or may not agree with your comments and will endeavor to explain why you are wrong, but there are days you may get a good “go fuck yourself!”  Let me reiterate I am the boss and can say these things, if you feel the need to say them to me know I am good boss, and can have your sorry ass escorted from the premises.
